LARGE EXOTIC LEAVES - Large fan-like leaves will unfurl from the central trunk. Leaves can reach a length of 1m within 3-4 years.
SUNSHINE LOVING - Hailing from Japan, it loves sunshine but it is hardy to -6C (when protected). Either plant in a large pot - and move into a frost free greenhouse/conservatory or wrap in fleece to protect from the cold.
CARE - Choose a sheltered, sunny position and plant in well-drained soil. Once established, water and feed generously.
READY TO PLANT - Supplied as an established plant, approx. 30cm tall in a 9cm pot, ready to plant out (in either a larger pot or straight into the ground).
